Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment

This week I have been loving my new purchase of Macadamia Oil Healing Oil Therapy!  I usually use MoroccanOil on my hair but as I love to try new products and like to alternate what I use, I thought I would give it a go, and I have not been disappointed! Since the launch of the original MorroccanOil we have seen a number of hair oils being brought onto the market including Macadamia Oil and Marrakesh Oil.  When I first used a treatment oil I expected my hair to feel greasy and did not like the idea of applying oil to my hair, but after my first application I was won over! I could see and feel a noticeable improvement.  All the oils can be used on any hair type but are particularly beneficial to dry, damaged hair.  As I have very dry, colour treated, naturally curly (GHD abused!) hair they are perfect for my hair type.  I chose to try Macadamia Oil as not only does it contain macadamia and argan oil, it also promotes healthy hair growth (my hair has reached that annoying point, where it does not seem to grow any longer!) and offers UV protection.

Macadamia Oil Healing Oil Therapy can be used on wet or dry hair, though I prefer to use it on wet hair after I have washed it and before I style it.  I just use a small amount (about a £1 coin size) and work it into my hair, avoiding the root area, as I prefer not to use the oil there.  I then either apply mousse if I am styling my hair curly or apply a straightening product if I am straightening my hair.  Macadamia Oil also reduces drying time by 40-50% which is a saviour when blow-drying my thick hair!Macadamia Oil

Overall I have been very impressed with the condition it leaves my hair in, silky and soft and gives off a lovely shine. (I will let you know if I have a massive growth spurt on my hair!). I will definitely use it again and would recommend it to all our Beauty Followers!
