I love grapefruit

I have half a grapefruit for breakfast every morning. My Mum does the same, her Mum did the same and I think even her Mum (my Great Grandmother who lived until 104!) did the same. It’s in my DNA.

But it doesn’t just work wonders when you eat it. It’s also a brilliant addition to any beauty product and here at Bath & Unwind we sell loads of gorgeous goodies that include my favourite extract.

Here are my top 5

1) This Works Daily Boost Body Scrub

The grapefruit in this body scrub not only makes it smell gorgeous but it helps decrease water retention.

2) Elemental Herbology Body Wash

This is a really refreshing body wash and the grapefruit works with other citrus oils to help purify the skin.

3) Love & Toast Sugar Perfume

Mmmmm, it smells soooo sweet! Plus it’s completely free from chemical nasties. And the profits go to charity!

4) Decleor Hydra Floral BB Creme

There are quite a few BB creams on the market these days but this one contains grapefruit extract which works to refine the skin.

5) Burts Bees Refreshing Lip Balm

Pink grapefruit is my favourite and this lip balm not only softens my lips but smells so good I have to resist licking my lips!

If you don’t have a grapefruit addiction already, trust me you will after trying these!
