Working at Bath & Unwind has its many perks, one of which is constantly being exposed to products that you may never have chanced across otherwise. At any given time each of us here probably has a few goodies on our desk, so I thought I would give you a little peak at what I have on my desk right now.

First of all, it turns out today I have comparatively few products on my desk. I blame the fact that we are in the middle of an office move. If this post were from Emily, it might go on a while more. Mainly, what I have on my desk are products that I find I need to use everyday while I am working. The first one is Rituals Magic Touch in Organic Cherry & Rice Milk. This body cream is very rich, with a whipped consistency. Its scent is pure lovely, very fresh, floral and perfumed. Whenever I put it on in the office, people around me notice, in a good way. I have gotten all my neighbours loving it. What I love about Magic Touch is that it’s great for my arms and legs if they need a little extra moisture, and it absorbs fairly well for something so rich, so there is minimal residue.

Scottish Fine Soaps Gardener’s Therapies Protecting Body Butter is another moisturiser I use at work (pictured is a 50ml travel size). This body butter is great for hands, as throughout the day when I find my tired hands getting a little parched, I can use just the tiniest bit of this and they feel fantastic. Low scent, low residue, this beauty is just for performance.

The last item is Jurlique Lavender Hydrating Mist. While we don’t currently carry this item, we do have a range of facial sprays from Jurlique that are all equally wonderful. The lavender one I have is great to refresh my face during the day, and the scent keeps me calm and collected. I have also tried the Skin Brightening Mist and the Rosewater Balancing Mist, both of which I would use again.

Bonus item: You can’t see it in my picture, but in my pen cup I have a sample of 4711 Original Eau de Cologne. In the spirit of honesty I thought it was only right that I own up to its presence on my desk. This cologne is a wonderful complement to anything else you may be wearing, and smells very much like a beach in Greece, with hints of rosemary and citrus. When our marketing manager Anwen started here she exclaimed “What smells like New Zealand!?”

  3. Hey Vanessa, chances are you are seeing the prices in USD, however to make sure, you can click the flag in the very top right of the site, and check that the currency and location are set correctly for you, then hit “Save & Close” to apply those settings.
