I’m a big fan of the honey and aspirin mask – it’s brilliant for calming sensitive/reactive skin. Also, beer rinse to make hair shiny… but I usually drink it before I get the chance. Lizzie

Soak a clean face cloth in a bowl of whole milk, wring it out and carefully drape the cloth over your face for about 5 minutes. Carefully wipe away any residue. Milk contains lactic acid, a natural exfoliator for the skin. The fat in the milk also hydrates and soothes. Emily
