This collection will give you all you need for your autumn/winter makeup bag and is on trend for 2011. Eyes are relaxed in earthy shades of tan, caramel and chocolate. Dusty pink and peach gently veil cheeks, while lips are casually nude, balanced by a lightly warmed complexion.
Here’s your guide to getting the look…
Zuneta has posted this great video on applying the Becca Lost Weekend pallette:
Skin – Apply Boudoir Skin Mineral Powder Foundation to create polished, natural skin. For additional warmth and colour, lightly buff Serrana Mineral Bronzer & Illuminator Duo into the highest points of the face focusing on the temples, forehead, bridge of the nose and chin.
Eyes – Apply Baroque Eye Tint as a base all over the eyelid and underneath. Subtly wash Chino Eye Colour Powder all over the eye, extending colour into the socket line. Blend Moire Eye Colour Powder into the socket, gently contouring and fading in towards the inner eye and deepening the colour near the outer edges. Add intensity by smudging Moleskin Eye Colour Powder into the root of both the upper and lower lashline.
Define the lashline with Barbarella Compact Eyeliner, pushing the liner in between lashes from underneath to create the appearance of a thicker lash line. Finish with lashings of Black The Ultimate Mascara.
Lips – Nourish lips with Butter Balm, then press Fig Beach Tint into lips, followed with a slick of Lip Plumping Moisture Gloss to create a fuller-looking pout.
Cheeks – Contour cheeks with Mineral Blush in Sweet Pea of Wild Honey, focusing the colour underneath the cheekbone and blending towards the temples.
Nails – Coat shortened, squoval nails with your choice of Becca Nail Colour from the Lost Weekend Collection.
