Olé Caliente is from the Essie Spring 2012 collection and is currently my favourite colour in my extensive nail polish collection! I love to wear bright coral and pink colours in the summer and Olé Caliente is perfect for this.
Described by Essie as a ‘red-orange shade with a pink undertone’, Olé Caliente looks great on both fingers and toes, and is a very eye-catching colour. I would say it looks more red than orange when applied, and I found two coats gave me enough coverage. Even before I applied a top coat, Olé Caliente already gave a high shine finish.
I will definitely be wearing this shade a lot throughout the summer (if we ever get one!).
